I think there is a special distribution of JFreeChart for developpers who bought support. I am sorry, I am not really aware about it, but I think it should be write somewh...

If you are on linux, just type ant javadoc in JFreeChart ant/ directory.
If you are on windows, it is the same but you will have to get ant application first.
