I've opened a project for JFreeChart at SourceForge:

I'm planning to track all bugs there and also to make the latest source code available via CVS.
You might also have noticed that version 0.5.6 of JFreeChart has been released. There's a new high/low/open/close plot class in there (thanks to Andrzej Porebski) and some plot fitting classes (thanks to Matthew Wright).
