XYChartBartdemo3 without dinamic xyseries in Demo Collection

Well, in the JfreeChart 1.0.13 Demo Collection, exist one sample called "XYChartBartdemo3" that used a " SimpleIntervalXYDataset" instead of xyseries, my question is How can I do this sample "XYChartBartdemo3" contains dinamic series, so that I can put more than 3 data in it.
