Change the order in which legend items appear

Hi,

I am trying to plot two charts for comparison. It is a dynamic time series chart. in chart one - the legend order is:
item1 - item2 - item3

But in chart two, due to the order in which data points are plotted, the order comes out to be :
item3 - item2 - item1.

Is there anyway I could change the item ordering? If yes, please let me know know.
