I am trying to implement the following graph


I know it will be a StackedBargragh and GroupedStackedBarRenderer
Not quiet sure on how to get the Legend

Its hard to advice since some details of the chart are not clear to me.
Some questions:
Are all the keys (vertical labels below the stacked bars) unique?
There are no labels below some stacked bars. What does that mea? Do the stacks belong to another "stack", or where the labels just omitted to save some space?
I think a simple stacked bar chart might do.
