How to make alternate range axis labels visible?

Guys,

I want to display the tick labels (in the Range Axis) at the end of alternate tick marks.. For example, if i have 10 tick marks, i want to display the tick labels in 0,2,..10 tick mark positions only..

Can u people help me..
