Hi
Can anyone tell me whether I can use JFreeChart APIs in my company's internal application. I need any special licence for this ?

JFreeChart Licence
RE: JFreeChart Licence
JFreeChart is licensed according to the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL), a licence that is used for many free software libraries.
The LGPL allows you to include a free software library within a non-free program...but you are required to distribute the source code for the free library (JFreeChart) INCLUDING ANY CHANGES YOU MAKE, whenever you distribute your application to a third party. You do not have to disclose the source code for YOUR application.
When you use JFreeChart internally within your company, you are not distributing the code to third parties (at least that's my interpretation), so the LGPL places very few obligations on you. Even so, it would be great if you decided to contribute your bug fixes and other enhancements so that JFreeChart becomes a better library for everyone...

Dave Gilbert.
