I've just posted an update for the "premium" documentation to bring it up to date with version 0.9.1, which was released earlier today.

Those that have purchased the documentation previously can download the update from the usual link. Those that haven't purchased it, can see that big blue advertisement at the top right of the page? Get your credit card and click on it now!

Hi Keki,

You are the second person today to mention a problem at Kagi (the company I use to process credit card payments). I will try to contact them now to find out what the problem is. At what point did the process fail for you?
