missing mave-jcommon*.xml files in jcommon-1.0.0-pre3

jcommon-1.0.0-pre3 distribution is missing two files:
maven-jcommon-project.xml
maven-jcommon-xml-project.xml
Without these files build fails. I added them from the CVS tree and it builds ok.
