Insert arbitrary text to the rangeAxis

I know we can add Annotations to a Plot, for example:

XYTextAnnotation textAnnotation = new XYTextAnnotation ( "Any Text", x, y);
textAnnotation.setRotationAngle (-Math.PI / 2);
plot.addAnnotation (textAnnotation);

Is there any way to insert arbitrary text to the rangeAxis like this (the orange, blue and green labels)?
