My web hosting company is having problems with their FTP server again, so this is causing some problems for people trying to download JFreeChart. I am about to try making the files available by http as an alternative...and you can also get the downloads from SourceForge:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jfreechart
Most of the web site is now transferred to a new web hosting company, so I will request today to have the domain name transferred...
