Why some of the CandleStick(between open&close) is hollo

Why some of the CandleStick(between open&close) is hollow and some is solid in CandleStickChart,but they are the some HighLowDataset as HighLowChart.

I think (I didn't write the code) it is indicating whether the open value is higher or lower than the closing value.
