File ServletDemo1.java not found

Do you have ServletDemo1.java and ServletDemo2.java in the dir src/com/jrefinery/chart/demo/ ?

I can find them in the older version JFreeChart-0.9.3 but not in the latest version. so I wonder if it's the download problem of myself or it is normal that they are not there.

These servlet demos have been moved to a separate download jfreechart-0.9.4-premium-demos.zip. It is available to everyone that has purchased the JFreeChart Developer Guide, via a link on the documentation download page.
