Hi,
my problem is, that I want to connect the legend (on SOUTH-WEST) with the chart bar. There must be a datatable, which shows the bar values connected with the legend...

I don't completely understand. But if you are looking to display a table of the data values, there's nothing in JFreeChart that will do that for you...you'll have to write some code to do it.
