How to give more space to labels

Attached is a sample pie chart.



I need more space for my labels, I am ok to reduce size of the pie. I have tried changing the aspect ratio 1.66 or even 2. But no improvement. I even tried to set "interiorgap". But nothing helps.

Any pointers will be appreciated.
