Internationalization

I would like to know if these libraries are internationalization ready?
If yes, then is it incorporated in all the packages or only few of them?

Hi Bhavna,

Some work has been done to create resource bundles for user interface items that require localisation. But there is still more to do, for instance the property editors (which need an overhaul anyway) don't use resource bundles yet.

I've added all the needed files to make that possible plus a french version ; sorry for the other languages... but my knowledge will not be enough for a good translation ! However, You'll see that it is very easy to add new translations.
