JFreeChart How i use and can i apply to a JSP plataform

i need to apply this a JSP plataform ... but i can´t run on a J2EE

Take a look at the Cewolf project, which is being run by Guido Laures:

Guido is building a tag library for using JFreeChart in JSPs.
