Can u plz help me David?

Post by Sarika » Wed Jul 13, 2005 1:35 pm

Hi ,
In my graphing module JCChart library is used but now we are
planning to replace it with JFreeChart to provide more facilities .

Our graphing module has 2 operating modes, Static and Real
Time. In JCChart X axis is timeline where data is shown according
to the time. If samples are received at 10.30,10.40,10.50 and
11.20 in that case gap shown between samples -> in 10.30 -10.40-
10.50 is same but it is different for 10-50 - 11.20.

If samples received are from 10.30 to 11.30 any due to any
error or delivery problem if old sample say sample at 10.50
is received then it is shown between 10.40 and 11.00.

I want to do the same with JFreeChart how to do this?
Can u suggest any ideas or by change in code is it possible?
If yes then give us a hint.

But I don't want any dependecy that's why I will prefer ways other
than change in source code. That will be obstacle when i want to
use new version of JFreeChart

I have asked this question many times but haven't got any
satisfactory answer.

David Please help !

Thanks,
Have a nice day!
