Hi,
I'm trying to use XYBarRenderer for which the space between two bars should be zero (I want them to stick together). I've been looking for examples and reading through the forum, and up to now I could state that there was indeed something lacking there, in 2004 already. It has been planned to add a flag to tell whether or not the Outline should be drawn or not.
That flag and corresponding method have indeed been added in a later release, but as stated in another post, it seems that it is never checked in the drawing methods ! (setDrawBarOutline(false))
So, since then, is there anything up ? Is there another way to control that property ? Or is it possible to use a kind of AreaRenderer that would behave like a StepRenderer (I want the lines between two pieces of data to be vertical, like in a bar or step chart) ?
Thanks in advance for your help,
Cédric
Outline in XYBarRenderer - still has problem ?! Workaround ?
