"JavaDoc HTML files are available online. They are no longer included in the downloads (to reduce the file sizes), but you can easily regenerate them from the source code if you wish to view them locally. "
--------------------how can i get the JavaDoc HTML files ?please tell me the steps!

Section 3.6 of the jfreechart-0.9.4-install.pdf document provides the instructions for doing this. You can download the document from the JFreeChart project page on SourceForge.
