how to set labels opposite horizontal bar

Hi,

I have a problem here. I set labels to horizontal bar chart. The labels appear on the top of the bar instead o being adjacent to it.Moroever one of the labels is missing since i have done away with intro and trail gaps.How to got the labels adjacent to the bars?

I think the code for the value labels needs some work. It's not a feature that I use myself, so I haven't got up to speed on the code yet.
