In my application I have a domain crosshair that is set and moved as the mouse is moved. It works great. I also have it so I can "freeze" the crosshair by clicking the mouse. Then when I click the mouse again the crosshair will start moving again with the mouse movement. The problem is when I do the mouse click the crosshair sometimes will change even past where it was just located. I have searched and searched but can't find a way to turn off the action of a mouse click causing the crosshair to move.
Am I going to have to go in and start changing the draw methods to provide an indicator to ignore the mouse click for crosshairs? I would appreciate a hint for a better approach.
Thanks
