Unfortunately I've had to take a new job - you can read something about it here:

...so I can't be sure when I'll have 1.0.14 ready for release. I hope it will be in October. I'm not sure that I will have time to complete the fix for the date tick units, so I may just have to revert the other fix that caused the problem, and live with the "lesser" bug for a while.
