Need Help on installing JFree Chart in Window 7

Hi guys, I am very quite amateur in Java . So forgive me if I don't know anything that you might find "simple".
First , I had latest binary Jfree chart (jfreechart-1.0.13) and Jfree Commons (jcommon-1.0.16) both located inside Jfree folder in C drive and I had successfully installed and compiled the ANT compiler thanks to the guide found in this websites.

But when I follow the instructions to compile Jfree using ANT using (ant compile), I get the following message

Buildfile: buildfile.xml does not exist!
Build failed!

Same case with ant javadoc command.

So what shall I do to overcome these errors ?
