Problem with "tooltips.zip"
I Have try "tooltips.zip" with version 0.7.0 but don't compile. it's normal?

That code was contributed a while back (version 0.5.6) so it is unlikely to compile with 0.7.0.
The next release of JFreeChart will include a tooltips implementation. Several developers have sent me code, and I've taken what I consider the best bits and added some of my own to come up with something that works reasonably well, without getting in the way for those who are not using JFreeChart in client applications.
Not sure when the release will be out...
