histogram and double bar chart

I have observed that histograms and supported by JFreeChart.

I want to create a chart which has 2 y axis (like a histogram except instead of bars on top of each other they are beside each other and in different units)


Something that would look like this

4 20% |
3 15% | 0
2 10% | 0 0
1 5% | 0 0 0 0
0 0% | 0 0 0 0 0 0
