First of all thanks to you and contributors for all the work put into jfreechart. The amount of interest surrounding this project is in itself a commendation to ye. As an ocassional user, I must say that it is a joy to be able to so easily create visual effects from data. Thank you!!
I was thinking that it would be useful if TimeSeries.setHistoryCount() would (possibly) do a purge. I want to load my time series with 180 days data, generate 90, 60 and 30 day moving averages, then truncate to 90 days before creating the chart. (This way the 90 day average on the left side of my chart will be accurate).
