Scroll pane with dynamic data

I need a scroll pane or anything that can view previously plotted data
(x-axis) that is not being displayed anymore when using a dynamic plot. Any ideas on how to accomplish this. Thanks.

It's not something that is easy to do at present. In CVS there is now some code to interactively zoom on areas of the chart. I'd like to extend that to allow panning left and right also, but haven't done any work on it yet.
