Hi,

I've released version 0.3.0 of JWorkbook:

The code is almost identical to 0.2.0 except that:

• The license has changed from GPL to LGPL to be more consistent with the other projects at JFree;
• The package names have changed to org.jfree.workbook.*;
• The latest release of POI has been incorporated (but I haven't updated JWorkbook to take advantage of any new features that POI supports);
• The dependency on JCommon has been removed by copying across the three required classes;

Unfortunately I won't have time to work on JWorkbook for a while, but I'm hoping that the license change may encourage someone else to do some work on it...
