I can't access on

in order to look at the different charts available in JFreeChart
Can someone help me?

If you just want to see some sample charts, there is a samples page:
http://www.object-refinery.com/jfreechart/samples.html
The same samples are shown in the PDF installation documentation that you can download from the JFreeChart page.
The servlet demo needs some tidying up. Nomad is a server on my own network, and it is not publically accessible. You need to replace that reference with a reference to your own server on which you have installed the servlet demo.
