Is there a Radargraph in JFreeChart or will there be one in the future?

No there isn't. I'd like to add a circular plot that uses polar coordinates, if this is what you mean by radar graph. But it is a reasonable way down my priority list, so I'm hoping someone else might write the code and contribute it to the project.
