How modify "Gantt Chart Demo" to show several time

.. for specific task. For example Design Review can take place not only during one week in September, but during additional week in November as well. Is it possible ? In the PDF-document I found screenshot for "Interval Bar Chart Demo" (Figure 31.11) looking similar to staff I would like to have, but no code for it. Can somebody help me ?
