unfamiliar jar files

I have inherited a project which makes use of three .jar files (jfreechart-1.0.19-experimental.jar, jfreechart-1.0.19-swt.jar, and swtgraphics2d.jar) with which I am not familiar. At least two of them (and I believe all three) are related to JFreeChart. Can someone tell me what these .jar files do and if there are updated versions available.

The JARs may be from here. You should also see jcommon-1.0.23.jar. The current version is here.

I'm not actively supporting the SWT code for JFreeChart, but you'll find all the latest status in these projects at GitHub:

So I assume the code at the second and third links has not been updated to work with JFreeChart 1.5?

Where are the .jar files for the swt components in links two and three?
