Hi David,
do you have any plans to port jfreechart to Eclipse platform?
Eclipse
Re: Eclipse
None yet, but only because I haven't looked at Eclipse so I don't know what is involved. Any pointers?

DG.

Re: Eclipse
A few words about eclipse, swt in particular as I figured - way faster/more efficient than swing as it uses direct calls to native libraries, gives you more control with graphics manipulation(memory). Unfortunately(?), one can't use graphics2d, but the structure is quite similar; flexible plugin architecture, etc.
I switched from SunONE to Eclipse IDE, very impressive. Take a look at www.eclipse.org , there is some documentation/links, one about swt:
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cg ... e/faq.html
I couldn't find any chart packages for it,
would be cool to have something like jfreechart..

Re: Eclipse
I recently read somewhere that someone had experimented with jfreechart and swt. However I have been unable to find the reference.
