Color of a VerticalNumberAxis

I want to change the color of a VerticalNumberAxis (the values and the label)

how can I do this ?

y have two Y axis (thx for your response David)
but y don't want to display the label ...
so I want to colorize the VerticalNumberAxis in red and blue ...
