JFreeChart drag graphic with hand

Hi guys...I have a little problem, i have a hand cursor, and now i want to drag the chart with the hand, when it is zoomed. I dont have any idea how to do this. Can someone helps me please?

I am also looking for the same functionality in JFree Chart.
