tooltip not showing on StackedBarChart

Hi,

Anybody has idea why tooltip not showing on StackedBarChart? The imageMap was produced with text in "overlib" but when
mouse moves over, it won't show anything.

It is ok for other charts even "Chartfactory.createBarChart3D".

I found the problem. Just a minor mistake.
The tooltips working for StackedBarChart.
