I know how little money book authors actually make, which is why I chose to self-publish the JFreeChart Developer Guide. It's worked out well, but I still need to find some paid work right now.

Off topic: We bought JFreeChart Developer Book (helped alot) in July last year.
I lost the download server address and whatever info I need to get the demos and source code.
